Definition comes more from burning fat than it does building mass.  The more fat you burn, the more definition you will see.  Obviously, by building lean muscle tissue, you&#039;ll increase your ability to burn fat.  But it is hard to say how much &quot;definition&quot; you&#039;ll get, as I&#039;ve seen people, including myself, burn fat at different paces.

Key more than anything is your nutrition.  Keep it clean no matter what eating plan you follow and keep a 10-20% deficit in there (meaning a deficit over your daily burn rate).</description>

Well I started insanity back in April of 2010 @ 300lbs and stuck it thru and by the time I was done I was down to 235lbs. This new found body got to my head and I quit working out. Biggest mistake of my life. I blew back up to 280 and I&#039;m here again more serious and more determined than ever to get rid of the weight and actually make exercising a life long routine.

I&#039;m on week 2 of mth 1 of insanity and plan on doing the same routine as Brent but I&#039;ll bring in p90x the beginning of mth 2 and switch my insanity workouts to the am and p90 to pm. I work the grave yard shift and have been doing my insanity workouts a few hours before reporting for work and have found that I have excess energy when getting off in the mornings so this has led me to believe that&#039;s it&#039;s possible to do insanity in the am right after clocking out from work. I&#039;ll be doing phase 3 of the weighted workouts minus p90&#039;s leg workouts as I believe insanity gives you more leg work than you can handle sometimes. I plan on bringing it!</description>
