Insanity Day 52 – Max Cardio Conditioning, Cardio Abs

Today I did Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning. I thought I pushed hard but only burned 600 calories. I need better sleep than what I am getting. I think that is starting to effect how I do in the routines.

It is making me want to reconsider early morning workouts and move to afternoon workouts!

I know that really isn’t going to happen, but it always has to be a possibility. I would love to workout at 4:30 in the afternoon but kids would get in the way.

Nutrition may have needed to increase by now but I am sticking with my 2400 calories for now.

Hoping my new body fat tester comes in tomorrow!
