P90X Day 39 – Yoga X

P90X Day 39 was Yoga X for me.  Not a whole lot to write here.  I’m finally to where I can do all of the vinyasas with push-ups without much issue.  Some of the final balance/postures/moving obstacles are difficult, and crane still eludes me (as well as the full shoulder stand sequence).

But hey, that’s why we do things, right?  To get better, to get stronger, to get faster, to get more flexible, and ultimately to get more fit!
