P90X Blog – I Was Hacked – P90X Days 29-32
Wow, I’m way behind this week due to a lot going on, but my P90X workouts have been going.
First, my apologies. It appears I was hacked. Without getting technical, it appears they modified something with the theme I was using, hence the different layout to this blog. I hope no one got hit by a virus or anything, but not quite sure how it happened but it appears to be fixed.
Now, in regards to the workouts:
My P90X Day 29 was the start of Phase 1. Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps (P90X CST) was day 29, and it was a killer! Any workout that starts with slow-motion push-ups and ends with one arm push-ups just is not an easy routine. I felt weak looking at my numbers, but I know it is all part of the muscle confusion.
P90X Day 30 was Plyo. I should mention that I’m on Phase 2 of the diet: More carbs! It really helped with this routine. I made it through all of the workout and burned well over 900 calories.
P90X Day 31 was Back and Biceps (and Ab Ripper X). Tuesday night was a rough night with one of our daughters, so sleep was not very good. I felt a bit weak during this routine. It is now Thursday and my arms are still sore!
P90X Day 32 was Yoga X. Typical Yoga session for me. I chose to sleep in and ran late, so I had to cut out a portion.
Regarding the diet, the increased carbs is very nice. I’m still eating at Level 2, which is a fairly decent size deficit. But it seems to be working, so if it is not broke, I’m not going to try to fix it.
