P90X Day 32 (Again) Of Round 2 – Yoga X and P90X:MC2 P90X One on One Info

Today was P90X Yoga X.

And it was an hour and 32 minutes of pure posing, twisting, stretching, and sweating hades!  I really need to go see my chiropractor as my hips are WAY out of alignment.  Some of the poses were uncomfortable not because of the pose, but because my hip flexors are pulling in directions they are not meant to go.

So needless to say, there were sections today that just did not feel good.

But I love Yoga.  And I love how I feel tired yet awake after it.  And I love how limber and flexible it is allowing me to become.

And I love that it’s the only really long routine.

Earlier tonight Tony Horton was on a webinar discussing P90X One on One and P90X:MC2.  He gave a sneak peak to how the new Yoga routine in MC2 will be structured, and I really like it.  Basically, they are dividing the moving obstacles and stretches up into different routines.  They did this so there would be the option of doing one or the other, depending on time, instead of a 90 minute routine.
