P90X Day 36 – Chest, Shoulders, And Triceps, Ab Ripper X
P90X Day 36 was Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps (CST) and Ab Ripper X. I could feel that the extra calories consumed yesterday helped a bit today, so I think keeping at 100-200 more a day is what I am going to have to do. Most of my reps/weights increased, but towards the end I could tell I had exhausted myself. This is such a good but TOUGH workout.
Its nearly 5 hours after completing it and my arms and chest are still trembling!
Ab Ripper X was in the middle. Some I did more of, some I did less of. Trying to get consistent on each move.
