P90X Day 5: Legs And Back, Ab Ripper X, and P90X Diet

Today was Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X.

And for the first time all week, I felt gassed.

I now know why they suggest 3k calories a day.  Yesterday I was nowhere near that and it showed up today.  By the time Ab Ripper rolled around, I was really tired.  About 3/4ths of the way through it, I had just about exhausted everything I had.

They don’t kid on the P90X diet about getting your intake right.  The day you don’t is the day before you’ll feel tired.

Today was not tons better, but I tried to eat more (eating more no longer that big of an issue, but its getting everything in that is tough).

Tomorrow will be very interesting as I am running low on things, especially breakfast items.  I smell a protein shake in my future for tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow, it is Kempo X day.  Sunday marks the end of my week one.  As of now I am chosing to do X Stretch on Sunday to help work out the soreness and work on becoming more limber.
