P90X Day 59 – Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper, and Cardio X

Busy P90X day for me.  Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper this morning, Cardio X this afternoon.

I’m falling in love with Cardio X.  Tough 43 minute workout that makes me sweat a lot more than Kenpo does.  I turned on the calorie burn function on my watch and it put it right at 600 calories in that 43 minutes.  Not Bad!

I’m a bit dissappointed that my bicep curl strength does not feel like it is getting better.  I’ve been stuck struggling with 8 reps of 20.  I figured I would start progressing by now (i.e. 10, 12, or 15 reps), but it will get better.
