P90X Day 59 – Shoulders And Arms, Ab Ripper X

P90X Day 59 was P90X Shoulders And Arms and Ab Ripper X.
I increased weight or reps throughout the entire routine. The only one that gave me problem was going up on in and out curls the second time through. Lying tricep extensions towards the end also did not improve, but I was fairly fried at this point.
And I struggle with some parts of Ab Ripper and then some moves I do very well. It’ll get there and will be easier once I drop a lot of the belly flab.
