P90X – Does P90X Work? Day 30 Results
P90X phase 1 complete! Here are my stats:
Chest:
Day 0 : 48″
Day 30: 46″
Neck:
Day 0: 17.5″
Day 30: 16.125″
Waist:
Day 0: 44.5″
Day 30: 42.5″
Right Bicep:
Day 0: 14.5″
Day 30: 14″
Left Bicep:
Day 0: 15″

Notes: My body fat took a fluctuation this week. On Wednesday I measured at 25.25% and today I measured at over 27% (starting from over 30%). So while I lost body fat, I’m not really sure how much I lost, only know that it was 3%+. The measurements came up a lot different.
My weight also increased by over a pound the last two days. This is most likely from water weight, but my also explain why my body fat measured higher (calipers and tape measured more than what is really there for fat).
Overall, I’m happy with the progress but know I have a LONG way to go. My goal is less than 15% body fat before August, so 12% at a minimum to lose, assuming the higher end measurements.
So does P90X work? You judge for yourself. 3-5% body fat and almost 9 inches lost in 28 days is pretty darn good.
