I’m only on day 10 of the 90 days. I’ve stayed committed to the exercises and making the best attempt at following the diet 100%. I’m not always spot-on perfect with the diet, but I’m about 95% with calories being my hardest part.
But only 10 days in, I’m noticing small changes. Some noticed them fast, others do not. I’m noticing them fast.
Before beginning P90X I could not wrap a rather large towel around my waist after a shower. I felt like the inches where starting to come off, but I refuse to measure until day 30. But this morning, I grabbed one of our normal towels and it wrapped around easily (and stayed in place!).
I’m not saying all of this just to brag (well, some of it I’m bragging about…). But I’m saying it for this reason: If you want results, P90X can deliver results. Don’t skimp out and buy the DVD’s off eBay. Most likely you’ll be missing the nutritional plan which is CRUICIAL to results.
I’m pumped about measuring, weighing in, and getting 30 day pictures. 20 days to go!
